xxxx Thor Wanderer M-270RK-SSk 27' 5th wheel travel trailer with super slide. Trailer is in very good condition for its age. Everything works and there are absolutely no leaks. Tires are relatively new and have around 90% tread life. Brakes are good. Upgrades include 15' awning, 6 gal. DSI water heater, hardwood laminate floor in kitchen and entry, 15k btu air and heat, and queen size memory foam mattress pad. Problems are minor and price reflects condition; awning has about a 2' tear at the end, and the luggage rack has been bent down on one end from tree, needs a new shower curtain, kitchen ceiling vent crank needs replacing and entry door interior handle is broken but still works, bearings could use a repack. I am in the process of cleaning and detailing the interior and pic will be available upon completion. Clean Nevada title is in hand. $xxxx OBO.

Interior is 9 1/2 out of 10, exterior is 8 out of 10 due to minor bed rail and tailgate damage from 5th wheel trailer, and some clear coat oxidation on roof.
